The Training Process

Step 1

You will receive  a phone call from a member of our team asking you the following questions:

• Will you be the primary Franchisee? Will there be a partner or subcontractor(s) involved in the business?
• If applicable, what is your spouse’s name?
• Will your spouse be involved in the business as a partner or subcontractor?
• Who within your business (partners or subcontractors) should be receiving ongoing communication via our corporate team?
• What is the address of your business?
• Which city do you want your Franchise associated with? 

Step 2

You will receive an email from our IT department with email credentials and access to The Warehouse, along with contact information if you need assistance. Please attempt to sign-in to The Warehouse, and if you face issues, please call 1-888-311-6477.

Step 3

A Webex webinar link for the first day of training will be sent out to you on Friday night, and then a reminder will be sent on Sunday.

Please login 15 minutes prior to 9 am ET to ensure you are not experiencing any technical difficulties. If you do have issues, please call 1-888-311-6477.

Step 4

If you have not received the webinar link, please reach out to the contact number sent to you.

Training will run from approximately 9am to 4pm ET each of the days, with the exception of day seven, which will run until 12pm ET.

Step 5

All correspondence will be sent to your personal email address until you have completed training.

Step 6

For the remainder of training week, you will receive the link for the next training session the night before.

Technical Requirements

• A basic computer with a camera and microphone will be needed – ideally a laptop.
• We use Webex as our streaming platform, so we advise you to download the desktop app from their site if you do not already have it – this will allow for the smoothest stream and avoid any issues come Monday morning.
• Please login 15 minutes prior to 9 am to ensure you are not experiencing any technical difficulties. If you do have issues, please call 1-888-311-6477.
• If you want to become more comfortable with the WebEx platform, we are happy to schedule a video call with you.
