▪ Set up – email, computer, printer etc. – when Franchise begins, or new equipment acquired
▪ Maintenance – passwords, user names, vendors of software & hardware
▪ Support – requests submitted through the Warehouse – equipment, internet, software bugs etc.
▪ Support – tech issues – your own or if your client has a question regarding tech/IT
▪ Support – contribute to client solutions when tech considerations are required
