Mentoring Program – Every Franchisee will receive one-on-one mentoring from our mentoring team each week for the entire first year of operation. Each week, you will have a call with our mentors to discuss sales strategies and tactics with the single goal of increasing your profits.

2) RAMP Program – Your coach will be there for you to help you with efficiencies in all aspects of the business, from operations to sales & marketing, and everything else.
3) Telemarketing – This optional program is available to all Franchisees where you can arrange for appointments with potential clients to be set for you. We will call for you for 20 days through this program. You are guaranteed 20 appointments or $30,000 in client savings so it is really a no-lose proposition.
4) SMARRT Turbo Program – This is also an optional program, whereas everything else is simply a part of the all-inclusive Schooley Mitchell system. The SMARRT Turbo Program provides for 100 days of telemarketing calls for you to set prospect appointments. It also includes a client relationship program that is a one-of-a-kind program aimed at increasing your referrals from your clients and business contacts. It also includes other values as well.
