5) Support Team – We have a support team of approximately 130 people that work at our head office.
The sole purpose of each team member is to help every Franchisee to make more money by increasing your success.
6) CRM – Included in the system is a full Client Relationship Management (CRM) system designed to track all relationships that are important to you, as well as communicate very efficiently with any contacts as well. If you have ever used SalesForce.com, HubSpot, or a host of similar tools then you will see that those types of functions are all available through our system – customized in the way that we operate at Schooley Mitchell.
7) The Warehouse – The Warehouse is a significant asset of the business in many ways. This is our intranet environment where we provide all Franchisees with every tool and system that would be useful and valuable in a professional business like ours. At your fingertips, you have available to you all our software tools, databases, libraries, communications tools, CRM as described above, Work-In-Process system as described below, Report Generator, Discussion Board, and much, much, more. The Warehouse is a multi- million-dollar asset that is fully provided to you and every other Schooley Mitchell Franchisee.

each client, client billings, and much more.
