Pricing
▪ Each type of Fuel & Gas is based on the cost of the commodity plus a certain mark-up that vendors add on – for their own profit
▪ Mark-ups are different for each Fuel & Gas type
▪ For Retail Rates – these are built-in to an “all-in” price, so we are
negotiating discounts
▪ For Rack Rates – these are broken down as:
Cost of the Fuel or Gas + mark-up + freight (delivery) + tax so we specifically aim to reduce the mark-ups
