Technical requirements for Schooley Mitchell Training
- A basic computer with a camera and microphone will be needed – ideally a laptop.
- A second monitor will also be needed in order to follow along with various parts of training.
- We use Webex as our streaming platform, so we advise you to download the desktop app from their site if you do not already have it – this will allow for the smoothest stream and avoid any issues come Monday morning.
- We will send out the WebEx link via email at approximately 8:40am EST each morning.
- Please login 15 minutes prior to 9 am to ensure you are not experiencing any technical difficulties. If you do have issues call our technical support number at 519-301-1582.
- If you want to become more comfortable with the WebEx platform, we are happy to schedule a video call with you.
