The Training Process

Step 1)

You will receive  a phone call from a member of our team asking you the following questions:

  • Will you be the primary Franchisee? Will there be a partner or subcontractor(s) involved in the business?
  • If applicable, what is your spouse’s name?
  • Will your spouse be involved in the business as a partner or subcontractor?
  • Who within your business (partners or subcontractors) should be receiving ongoing communication via our corporate team?
  • Will you be operating your Franchise from your home?
  • If not, what will be the address of your business?
  • Which city do you want your Franchise associated with?

Step 2)

You will receive an email from our IT department with email credentials and access to The Warehouse, along with contact information if you need assistance. Please attempt to sign-in to The Warehouse, and if you face issues, please reach out to the support number provided.

Step 3)

A Webex webinar link for Sales and Marketing training will be sent out to you on Friday night, and then a reminder will be sent on Sunday.

Please login 15 minutes prior to 9 am EST to ensure you are not experiencing any technical difficulties. If you do have issues call our technical support number at 519-301-1582.

Step 4)

If you have not received the webinar link, please reach out to the contact number sent to you.

Training will run from approximately 9am to 4pm EST each of the days.
 

Step 5)

All correspondence will be sent to your personal email address until you have completed training.

Step 6)

On Wednesday evening, you will receive another Webex link for the final two days of training with the RAMP training team.
