Good Client Turnaround Times

We are often asked about the time it takes to do the analysis for a client as it relates to ramp up time from the completion of training. Of course, a larger client takes longer than a smaller client, but the work is quite efficient.

The following summary was sent to our Franchisees as an example of what has been achieved recently. We thought it would be helpful to summarize the turnaround results from several clients completed recently for several different Franchisees. We have provided the length of time for completion of the job as well as the revenue earned from that client assignment. Of course, this would not be the only client in process for that Franchisee at that particular time, but it does illustrate examples of individual client turnaround times.

One note that is important is that we advise Franchisees to never take results back to a client in less than three weeks because the client won’t appreciate the effort put into finding the proper solutions.
