Our Intranet – The Warehouse

Our intranet system, called The Warehouse, is a multi-million-dollar environment that provides every resource required to operate a business like Schooley Mitchell.

We own the code for the entire system as it has been internally developed with our team of programmers. There is a full CRM (Customer Relations Management) system, training systems, software tools, databases, libraries, communications systems, discussion board, and much, much more. We have been told on multiple occasions that our system rivals those in multi-billion-dollar corporations.

Work in Process System

Our WIP System allows for complete management of every client obtained. The system tracks all work product for every client including all analysis, tables & schedules, and all recommendations, both initial and supplemental, as the relationship continues with the client. The system also tracks all client correspondence, all critical dates such as auto renewals, contract dates, agreement dates, and other client management data. It has reminders and reporting capabilities and much more, all critical in client management so we never miss opportunities.
