Schooley Mitchell Due Diligence & Qualification System – A Pathway

We are going to methodically paint a picture for you.

We believe very strongly in our step-by-step system of evaluation to help both of us make an informed decision about getting into business together. We will never send you an overwhelming amount of information as soon as you make an inquiry. You will never feel a forceful approach to attempt to get you to make any decisions before you are ready. We will work with you to determine the right flow suitable to your timeframe and your needs. And ours.

We believe very strongly in our systems at Schooley Mitchell to help our Franchisees garner success, and that includes our system of due diligence and qualification before you even join us.

We will never send our Franchise Disclosure Document before we have spoken to you a few times, so you are more familiar with our business when you review the documentation. It makes for a much more thorough and meaningful review for you.

We have a number of steps to complete together, and we feel they are all important to you.

1) Introductory call to obtain an overview of our business, our marketplace, and you

2) You return the Request for Consideration Form to indicate your interest to learn more

3) Personal call with senior staff member to start the process of further education about the Schooley Mitchell model, and of each other

4) Daily email – usually no more than 5 minutes to review – we feel that providing information in small bytes will help build your understanding and familiarity. Surely, it’s worth 5 minutes per day to make a decision that will change the rest of your life to fulfill your goals and dreams. We will paint that picture for you through this process.

5) Additional calls to increase education and comfort with the complete opportunity and each other

6) Webinar to review our intranet system – The Warehouse – it’s worth millions of dollars to our Franchisees

7) Discovery Day – it’s all virtual – our department heads provide an overview of their values and responsibilities to our Franchisees, and they answer your questions. This is just an information-packed step in the process, and is not designed to force you to make any decisions

8) Additional calls and discussions to get to a point where we can both make an informed decision

There are other steps and information pieces along the way, but this is the general flow of things we will explore together. We can complete the steps with you quickly if that is your desire or we can take our time based on your needs and timeframe.

This general outline, along with the Decision Making Checklist we will be sending you once your introductory meeting is scheduled, will help you stay focused and on track in evaluating your future

We hope through this process we are providing you with the very best system of evaluation so you can make your very best decision, and so can we.
