In March of 2019, Bhargavi Rajesh made a life-changing decision when she attended a franchising exposition in Toronto, Ontario. This journey would lead her to opening a location of a cost reduction franchise, Schooley Mitchell. Bhargavi’s professional journey has spanned continents and cultures, giving her an incredibly unique perspective on entrepreneurship.
When it came to choosing an opportunity to pursue, Bhargavi and Schooley Mitchell were a perfect match. With a background working for multinational organizations in Canada, Kuwait, and Dubai, Bhargavi understood the value proposition Schooley Mitchell offered to businesses of all sizes, and across all industries.
“Cost savings and reducing expenses have been my primary interest and expertise,” she explains of her career. “Even in my formative years of growing up as a child I had been watching my grandparents and parents negotiating with several vendors for the appropriate price which had a great influence on me in being in the business of helping my clients save money.”
Bhargavi considered other financial brands presented to her by her, but found they weren’t good fits. Eventually, she was introduced to another Schooley Mitchell franchisee, who explained the system.
“I fell in love with it,” Bhargavi explains. “Working with Schooley Mitchell is a no brainer for business owners and C-Suite executives who would like to operate a sustainable business.”
Schooley Mitchell’s business model, the contingency basis of its operations, and the opportunity to help other professionals all appealed to Bhargavi’s desire to help and her past career experience.
A big part of Bhargavi’s entrepreneurship journey has been her experience as a woman with business experience.
“Working on different countries and continents has significantly impacted how I perceive information and operate my business.” Bhargavi says “My cultural awareness, global perspective, adaptability, networking capabilities, language skills, innovation, time management, and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Overall instilling a ‘one world family’ consciousness.”
