Service Agreement Term
Our Service Agreement term is 36 months although the Franchisee may negotiate a different term with their client if needed. We know how to position the value of a 36-month term, and the vast majority of our clients are on this term. By example, that means if you save a client $200,000 per year then you will receive $100,000 x 3 years = $300,000.
We also have a high rate of renewals with our clients reflecting a high level of satisfaction and desire to work with us in the long term. Some of our Franchisees have had clients for 10-12 years with continuing revenue streams.
Post Audits
A significant value to our clients, and our Franchisees, is our post audit process. We will review monthly invoices for each expense category as part of our ongoing service. Not only does this process provide for accurate billings for the client but it also results in supplementary recommendations to provide more savings for the client and more profit for the Franchisee.
As the markets change and new savings opportunities arise, we will provide our clients with regular new savings opportunities and each one of them has its own three-year life. That extends the relationship with the client beyond the original 36-month term – allowing for a longer residual revenue stream.
Support System
We have a team of approximately 150 support staff at our head office and our only mandate is to help our Franchisees to prosper. We have teams of professional people to provide mentoring/coaching, we have an R&D team, professional analysts/production departments for each expense category, and a team for vendor relations. We have a marketing team, creative artists, a content and social media team, and a client relations team to build strong relationships with clients for all Franchisees. We have programmers and IT people, training staff, and telemarketers, as well as an admin support team – and more.
The net result is that whatever help our Franchisee may need, it is available from our support staff on a daily basis.
Telemarketing – Appointment Setting For You
A unique characteristic at Schooley Mitchell is our head office appointment setting team. We currently have a team of 20 callers that set appointments with prospects for our Franchisees. They are trained and coached at our head office as an integral part of our overall support team for our Franchisees.
Their only function is to set prospect appointments for Schooley Mitchell Franchisees. They are not like third party callers that call for numerous businesses for various products and services. They are experts at setting appointments for cost reduction consulting clients.
