It’s time again for a Good News Memo and this one is to summarize some of the great items from 2024! This one is pretty long because there was so much great stuff last year.
One primary purpose of these memos is to help everyone strive to duplicate the efforts described below to produce similar great results. Decide!
Darren Morris, MO – I just collected the second half of my fees from my Utility client for over $750,000 bringing my fees to $1.6Million from this one client in one year!
David Don, ON –Saved my manufacturing client $454,000 for SPS and over $39,000 on Waste…we are also doing telecom ight now and they are so pleased with the savings we will be looking at LTL and Facilities Supplies in the future as well.
Marty Elliott, SC – Value Report completed for Care client…annual savings of $60,000 per year for Wireless Telecom…included identifying 94 unused wireless lines…also more than $5,000 additional annual savings for Wireline with much more to come as vendors come off contract.
Miguel Cardenas, ON – Saved my multi-location Senior Health Care client $531,000 on Waste and Shredding for 8 locations…several more locations to go…and will lead to other expense categories as well!
Rod Holter, KS – Saved my client almost $400,000 over the Service Agreement for SPS…CEO is so happy he has asked me to keep working with them after the three-year period is over…also looking forward to introducing new cost categories.
Darren Morris, MO – Just saved my two-location Paint Manufacturing client $120K on Hazardous Waste removal…brings the total savings in all categories to over $270K, with additional categories in the queue.
Greg Rusnell, ON – I delivered my largest Value Report so far to my Healthcare client resulting in $495,000 (25%) in savings just for Telecom…the customer was the first referral from my referral partner and there will be more to come!
Christine Parsons, KS – Saved Construction Supply client over $320,000 for Small Package Shipping costs with no change of vendors.
Phil Muscatello, MA – Identified EPP savings of just under $100,000 for my Retail client with no change of vendors.
Seth Tenenbaum, MA – My Tourism & Recreation client just received EPP savings of $115,000 for one quarter! It was a busy quarter, but annual savings are now at $165,000 for 30.1%!
William McKissock, FL – I received some great news at lunch during the last day of conference…my large investment firm client signed off for $80,000 of annual savings for SPS, $240,000 over three years…this is the smallest of several categories to come for this client…great way to end off a great conference!
Rod Holter, KS – Just completed the annual review for one of my SPS clients…Value Report indicated $30,000 in annual savings for 40%…actual savings for the first year were $113,000 for 41% due to company growth and consolidation of an additional company.
Rich Bello, NJ – My multi-unit retail client saved $230,000 in TUFS (Uniforms/Linens/Facilities Supplies) per year and another $16,000 in Waste – referral from someone I used to work with in my old job – that’s almost $750,000 for the Service Agreement
Lyall Newby, NC – Completed Medical Waste for a Medical Device client for $118,000 in savings…they merged with another company, and we found an additional $81,000 in savings for a total of $200,000…based on these results they have confirmed they will proceed with Facilities Supplies and possibly 2 other categories!
David Dow, Il & TD Thompson, MA – Just presented Waste savings of $150,000 to a large Catholic Charities client in New England
Michelle Burlison, TX – Complex and difficult EPP client with multiple revenue streams and several integration issues…head office persevered and we ended up saving them $189,000…I am so excited to now be in a billing position with them
David Dow, IL – We found $99,000 (34%) in savings for Supplies for a family of 5 non-profits serving victims of Child Abuse…they can put that money to much better use now!
Eric Feingold, NY – Healthcare client has already realized $450,000 in savings for Small Package Shipping from our initial recommendations and we just completed a Supplementary recommendation that will save them an additional $500,000 over the next two years
Mike Salazar, WA – Saved School District client $435,000 on Telecom costs including 98% savings on their elevator lines for $195,000 over the Service Agreement term.
Adam Smith, CA – Saved my Dental Clinic client (Endodontics) $40,000 per year ($120,000 over three years) for EPP with no vendor change!
Christman Morgan, MS – Value Reports for my Hospital client for Telecom savings are more than $1,000,000 – per year! Implementing $300,000 right now with the rest to follow.
Nick Vetrano, MN – My share from my small city client with some retail functions is $195,000 for EPP savings!
Neil Hostein, ON – My share of Food & Beverage client will be $71,000 for Small Package Shipping savings
Neil Schwan, Il – My trucking industry client saved almost $160,000 for Small Package Shipping…almost $80,000 is my share…yes, a trucking industry client for SPS savings!
Seth Tenenbaum, MA – Just identified $40,000 in EPP savings through a supplemental recommendation for my hotel client on top of the original savings of $40,000…it’s awfully nice when you find additional savings just as much as the original savings through our ongoing reviews.
Rod Holter, IN – Manufacturing client just approved savings of $234,000 for Service Agreement for SPS/LTL…and another $33,000 for Telecom…three more cost categories to go!
Charles Carriere, LA – Identified EPP savings for my printing and publishing client of $120,000 for the Service Agreement for 43%…my share will be $60,000
Mike Salazar, WA – Just saved an education client $56,000 per year for telecom…that’s $84,000 as my share for the Service Agreement
David Dow, IL – Just received a Value Report for a large Catholic Diocese with $54,000 in EPP savings on top of $33,000 in Waste savings and 2 other categories to go!
Nick Vetrano, MN – My share of Telecom savings for my government client is over $61,000.
