It’s time again for a Good News Memo – some really great stuff going on, so I wanted to issue another memo. One primary purpose of these memos is to help everyone strive to duplicate the efforts described below to produce similar great results.
David Dow, IL – Just landed the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago…largest non-profit in the US Midwest…will be reviewing all expense categories for 100 locations to start…took patience and regular touches with DV but this will be transforming for me and I’m ecstatic about helping a charity in its mission…many thanks to my ‘A’ team of helpers at Head Office (Editor’s Note – WOW David – great job!)
Matt Denburg, CA – Just starting a new Telecom review with a school district that has 50 schools…will be the ninth school district referral that I’ve received from one referral partner
Rod Holter, KS – Getting traction…presented 12 Value Reports with 7 accepted and 3 pending acceptance…four more client presentations this week
Michael & Shaila Baznick, ON – BNI has been great for us…auto mechanic referred us to parts supplier and will be introducing me to another, larger, parts supplier as well as a dealership and another business friend…training advice to research (stalk) neighbors, vendors, associates, etc. provides results!
Jim Kiernan, CO – Signed Commercial Real Estate company with 89 locations…took patience and persistence to get the deal completed…already saved them $24,000 per year for just Waste on 7 locations…82 to go plus other categories!
Mick Wienholt, VA – Just added another client to my roster and also presented a Value Report with waste savings of $29,000 per year
Jerry Sarno, MI – Setting up referral partners is really paying off…last four signed clients and last 2 briefings were all from referral partners
Adam Baker, PA – A prospect was too busy to meet with me and said he didn’t even have time for lunch…I sent him a $10 meal through Door Dash…he sent me an email thanking me and signed the Service Agreement for Telecom and Fuel (Editor’s Note – Great stuff Adam!)
Don Johnston, MI – Value Report accepted for automotive client with three dealerships for $19,000 per year for three years…$57,000
Marc Schwalb, PA – Have renewed 7 clients just recently where we will continue to consult for them beyond the original three-year Service Agreement…relationships matter when it comes to renewals
Darren Morris, MO – Sent a note to my client that had incurred an overage for their waste removal…client was very thankful for taking “one more thing off my shoulders” that they don’t have to worry about
Rodney Wead, IN – Started relationship with client last year in May…just signed for 3 expense categories…Waste will be significant as they have 14 vendors…also just signed an Orthodontist for Telecom and EPP after building relationship over same timeframe
Lyall Newby, NC – Implementing Waste savings of $39,000 per year for client…thought we were going to have to wait until next year to implement due to ETF, but creative solution brought savings to current status
Rob Sullivan, PA – Saved Non-Profit client more than $40,775 per year for Utilities…my share will be over $61,000 for Service Agreement
Stephan Lafreniere, ON – First Value Report presentation for my new business…small one for $1,500 in annual savings for a Veterinarian…happy first step
Sanjay Tyagi, CO – Specialty retailer with muti-location business saved $30, 628 per year on EPP from our Value Report…earnings for my Franchise will be $45,943 over the term.
Brian & Linda O’Sullivan, DE – Client was sold so we met with new owner to explain how we had helped his newly acquired business…he is going to have us review all 4 of his other businesses
Mick Wienholt, VA – Implemented annual savings for Printing & Publishing client for $45,750 per year for income to me of $68,600 for the contract term

Marc Schwalb, PA – Manufacturing client saved $5,000 per year on Waste…that’s $7,500 for me over three years…all the small ones add up!
Kris Arnheim, MD – Manufacturer client saved approximately $28,400 per year on EPP resulting in $42,600 as my share over three years
Rodney Wead, IN – Received 7 referrals in 2 days from 3 different people in my BNI…also signed a restaurant for Telecom, Waste, and EPP…EPP last year was very high and will go up this year as they just opened a new location
Lyall Newby, NC – Value Reports for $15,900 in savings per year for client for EPP, SPS and Fuel Cards…that’s $24,000 for me over three years from this client…also five new clients in February
Mick Wienholt, VA – New Telecom vendor for client was unable to procure specific switches they needed due to supply chain challenges across the country…Head Office Vendor Relations team sent out inquiry to our database of vendors and resulted in one vendor helping another vendor by sourcing what they needed and ultimately helping the client!
