RAMP Training Program
One key aspect of our Head Office support system is our RAMP Training Program. When a new Franchisee graduates from our initial training course, they are enrolled in our RAMP Program, which is designed to assist our Franchisees during ramp-up.
Our experienced RAMP team executes a training program customized to the skillset and background of each new Franchisee during their first year of operation. Our team of coaches helps Franchisees in each aspect of the business, assisting them in the areas of operations, production, sales and marketing, technology, and client solutions.
We also provide our Franchisees with online training platforms through the RAMP program to educate them on our methods, systems and procedures. We compile best practices from our Franchisees to provide new Consultants with a database of expertise and knowledge. Through The Academy, our online video learning platform, Franchisees have access to a large library of relevant training content.
