First Year Service Agreement Revenue
We are often asked about how much revenue can be earned in the first year of operation of a Schooley Mitchell Franchise. Of course, results will vary based on the effort put into the business. The following summary was sent to our Franchisees as an example of what has been achieved. We thought it would be helpful to summarize the results of several different Franchisees in terms of how much service agreement revenue they earned in their first year of operation.
The table shows two distinct items for these examples.
The service agreement revenue reflects the amount of revenue for clients completed in the first year of operation for that Franchisee.
The number of clients obtained in the first year would be responsible for that income earned but also for additional future income because they would not have all been completed by the close of the first year – so there is even more value than shown in the table from first year efforts.
Franchisee | Clients Acquired | Service Agreement Revenue |
Franchisee 1 | 41 | $504,474 |
Franchisee 2 | 54 | $334,452 |
Franchisee 3 | 38 | $261,433 |
Franchisee 4 | 26 | $159,854 |
