ELD – Electronic Logging Devices – This is another area that we can audit for any businesses who are using fleet tracking.
EPP – Electronic Payment Processing – Our merchant services cost category.
LTL – Less-than-Truckload – An extension of our SPS category, this includes the shipment of goods on pallets, shrink wrapped loads, etc.
PCMP – Preventative Care Maintenance Program – Our payroll cost reduction program.
RAMP – Rapid Accelerated Mentoring Program – The training and coaching program we have developed for all new Schooley Mitchell Franchisees.
SA– Service Agreement – The agreement a client must sign to engage Schooley Mitchell’s services.
SaaS – Software-as-a-Service – Our software cost category.
SMARRT – Schooley Mitchell Attracts Referrals and Renewals by Building Trust – One of the two optional programs offered to our Franchisees to assist them with lead generation, referral relationships, etc.
SPS – Small Package Shipping – Our shipping cost category. Also known as courier services, small package shipping includes the shipment of packages of 150 lbs or less.
TUFS – Textiles, Uniforms and Facilities Supplies – Our textiles, uniforms and facilities supplies cost category. This includes office, shipping and breakroom supplies.
UCaaS – Unified Communications as a Service – A solution that has been available for large businesses is now appropriate for smaller entities as well through subscription services.
VR – Value Report – A report of our findings.
WEM – Waste Expense Management – Our waste cost category.
