No Geographic Restrictions

At Schooley Mitchell we do not have geographic restrictions in terms of where you get clients. That means you can grow your business as big as you want without worrying about how many clients are available in any one territory.

Instead of protecting an arbitrary geography, we protect your actual clients and prospects for you so you can pursue opportunities wherever they take you.

Demographics have no adverse affect on your business.

Scalability

At Schooley Mitchell you are allowed to add people to your Franchise whenever you want to do so. Whether they are employees or subcontractors, it is your choice whether you operate on your own or add people to your business. That allows you to build a business as big as you want with no artificial restrictions on your profitability.

All subcontractors and employees are provided with the same tools, training and level of support that you receive as a Franchisee so they can add significant value to your business.

Due Diligence & Qualification System

When comparing Franchise systems, the system of due diligence and qualification should be examined closely. Is it a system that is well developed with meticulous detail so you can really understand the business? It should be a step-by-step system at the pace you desire. It should be full of multi-media items that help you assess everything that is important to you. A great system of evaluation should reflect a great system once you join the Franchise system.

You should never feel like you are being ‘sold’. The system should allow both parties to understand if the match is right, provide clarity about all aspects of the business, and determine that the people are passionate about joint success in the long run.
